Kristen recommended the gnocchi with the boursin cheese sauce. If was superb. I am not much of a cook, so this dinner was perfect for me.
Ingredients: Gnocchi, Boursin, and a little milk
1. Boil water. 2. Salt and oil in the water 3.Melt the boursin with a little bit of milk to make a sauce. 4. Drop gnocchi in to boiling water cook about 1 and a half minutes or until gnocchi floats. 5. Strain water and then add gnocchi to the sauce. Toss and serve.
The french bagguettes are really good with this.
