Chinese style Pork tenderloin

This is a simple recipe you will love! It is best served with steamed white rice and sauteed greens.  Spinach, mustard greens, or any green of your choice.  Sautee you greens with a little sesame oil to make to make them unique!

                             Pork Tenderloin                                      Jar of Chur sui BBQ sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse your meat under running water. (this is a good habit to get into)

Rub BBQ sauce all over the pork tenderloin and place in a roasting pan. I like to let the pork marinade in the sauce for about an hour.  Cover with foil.  Bake for about 35-40 minutes. cook time will depend on the size of your tenderloin.  For medium well-done pork use a meat thermometer should read 155 degrees. You may want to add a little water to the bottom of the an half way through cooking.

Good pork doesn’t need to be well-done!

Pork is a great alternative to eating chicken all the time.  It is very low in fat and very versatile. Prepare it any way you would serve chicken!
