Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse your meat under running water. (this is a good habit to get into)
Rub BBQ sauce all over the pork tenderloin and place in a roasting pan. I like to let the pork marinade in the sauce for about an hour. Cover with foil. Bake for about 35-40 minutes. cook time will depend on the size of your tenderloin. For medium well-done pork use a meat thermometer should read 155 degrees. You may want to add a little water to the bottom of the an half way through cooking.
Good pork doesn’t need to be well-done!
